Open up Word 2013 and enter the key

Hit enter. Select "Activate via phone."

If you installed office in a custom location change the step #3 or step #4 to the cutom location you installed it in.

1. Install Office 2013
2. Before activate disconnect internet! Open Word 2013
3. Use the activation key below

Also as Josh's says "Is planned for the v3.5 final the support for Office 2013 and 2010 again" [At this current stage it support Windows 8 fully but not Office 2013 yet!]
